Fundraising FastTrack On-Demand
Effective Date: Date of Payment or Trial Enrollment

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the individual or entity enrolling in the Program ("you", "your", "Client") and The Cause Specialists Inc. ("we", "us", "our", "The Cause Specialists Inc."). By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Program Deliverables & Access

You will receive one (1) year of access to the Fundraising FastTrack On-Demand training portal beginning on your Effective Date, including:

  • All core video training modules
  • Done-for-you templates, scripts, and checklists
  • All worksheets and implementation guides
  • AI fundraising tools and resources

We may update or improve Program content, delivery format, or resources at any time to maintain quality and relevance.

 

2. Definitions

Purchase Date / Commencement Date: The date payment is processed.

Access Period: 365 days from the Commencement Date.

Guarantee Period: 90 days from the Commencement Date.

 

3. Payment Terms

a) You agree to pay the full Program fee through one of the available payment options.

b) If you select a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until the balance is paid in full. Selecting a payment plan does not reduce your total obligation. If you discontinue participation for any reason, all remaining scheduled payments remain due and will continue to be charged.

c) Failed payments may be retried up to five times. You agree to provide updated payment details if a card expires or fails.

d) Missed or failed payments do not cancel this Agreement. You remain responsible for the full Program fee.

e) We reserve the right to suspend Program access if payment remains outstanding.

f) You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first submitting a written guarantee claim in accordance with Section 5, where applicable, or contacting us in writing at [email protected] to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of Program access and forfeiture of any applicable guarantee eligibility.

g) All payment plan installments remain due regardless of participation level, progress, or circumstances.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Outside of the Performance-Based Guarantee described in Section 5, this Program is non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is processed.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Lack of time or capacity to participate
  • Dissatisfaction with the Program unrelated to the guarantee conditions
  • Failure to log in, access materials, or engage with the Program
  • External events or organizational changes

The Performance-Based Guarantee in Section 5 is the sole mechanism through which a refund may be issued, and it applies only to Clients who meet all eligibility requirements set out in that section.

 

5. Performance-Based Guarantee

We stand behind this Program and the system we have built. This guarantee exists because we are confident in the methodology, and we want committed clients to succeed. It is not a general satisfaction guarantee. Clients who follow the process get results. This guarantee protects those clients, and it is written accordingly.

We guarantee that if you complete all required steps listed below and do not raise at least what you invested in the Program ($697 USD or equivalent in local currency) within 90 days of your Commencement Date, you may claim a full refund of your Program fee.

This guarantee applies only to Clients who fully implement the Program as designed and provide complete documentation as required below.

 

5(a). Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met. The Commencement Date is the date payment is processed.

1. Timeframe

At least 90 days must have passed since the Commencement Date. You must submit your guarantee claim within 5 days after Day 90. Claims submitted outside this window are automatically denied. No exceptions.

2. Required Results Condition

You have not raised six hundred and ninety-seven dollars ($697 USD) or more from any combination of donors, sponsors, grants, gifts-in-kind, campaigns, or outreach conducted during the guarantee period.

3. Required Training Completion

You must complete the following core Program modules in full within the guarantee period. Completion is verified through platform activity records and submission of required deliverables. Written confirmation from The Cause Specialists Inc. that each submission meets the required standard must be received before the guarantee period closes.

Required completions include:

  • All core training modules
  • Competitive analysis worksheet
  • Donor persona worksheet
  • Fundraising audit
  • Case for support
  • Launched a fundraising campaign 

All worksheets must be completed, submitted to [email protected], and confirmed as received by The Cause Specialists Inc. within the required timeframe.

4. Progress Requirements and Guarantee Claim Documentation

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must submit a complete claim package as outlined in Section 5(c). All required work listed below must have been completed within the timeframes specified. You are not required to submit deliverables during the Program. However, your claim package must include documentation demonstrating that each item was completed within the required window. Claims that cannot be verified against these timelines will not be honored.

Required completion timeframes:

  • Weeks 1 and 2 deliverables completed no later than Day 14
  • Weeks 3 and 4 deliverables completed no later than Day 28
  • Case for support completed no later than Day 28
  • FAST Win campaign plan completed and ready for implementation no later than Day 42
  • Campaign launched no later than Day 49

No campaign launched after Day 49 will be eligible toward the guarantee. Insufficient time remains within the 90-day period to implement and measure results. No exceptions.

5. Required Prospecting and Outreach

To qualify for the guarantee, the following must be completed and documented in your claim package:

  • A prospect list of at least 100 names created using Program methods, including prospect names, research notes, and outreach details
  • All outreach logged inside the Program prospect tracker
  • Completed outreach to at least 10 individual prospects during weeks 5 through 12
  • Completed sponsorship outreach to at least 10 businesses or partners during weeks 5 through 12

Prospect lists submitted without the required detail fields will not satisfy this requirement.

6. Required Fundraising Campaign Execution

To qualify for the guarantee, you must have launched one fundraising campaign within 60 days of your Commencement Date. Your claim package must include documentation confirming all of the following were completed:

  • A published campaign landing page
  • At least three campaign emails sent to your prospect list
  • At least four campaign-related social media posts
  • Documented outreach activity supporting the campaign

The Cause Specialists Inc. reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation to verify a claim. Failure to provide requested documentation within 5 business days of the request will void guarantee eligibility.

7. Help Request Requirement

If you have not raised $697 USD by Day 85, you must email [email protected] using the subject line "Help" and include:

  • A summary of the actions you have taken
  • All campaign outreach documentation compiled to date
  • Your current results
  • Any obstacles you are facing

Failure to submit this email within the Day 85 window voids guarantee eligibility regardless of subsequent actions taken. This step exists so we have the opportunity to help you course-correct before the 90-day window closes.

8. Payment Status

All Program payments must be current and paid on time. Any late, declined, or missed payment voids guarantee eligibility for the duration of any outstanding balance.

9. Claim Package — Required Documentation

To submit a guarantee claim, you must provide all of the following in a single submission to [email protected] with the subject line "Guarantee Claim":

  • Completed worksheets for all required modules with demonstrable completion dates
  • Your completed prospect tracker, including all outreach logs
  • Your completed case for support
  • Your completed fundraising campaign plan
  • Evidence that your campaign was launched by Day 49, including your published campaign landing page, copies of all campaign emails sent with send dates and recipient counts, and documentation of campaign-related social media posts
  • A copy of your Day 85 Help email and any response received
  • Results verification showing funds raised during the guarantee period, which must include at least one of the following: bank deposit records or financial statements, screenshots of your fundraising platform or CRM dashboard, written donor pledges or commitment letters, or a written summary of all direct donor requests made, including date, prospect name, and outcome

Incomplete claim packages will not be processed. The Cause Specialists Inc. reserves the right to request additional documentation within 5 business days of receiving your claim. Failure to provide requested documentation within 5 business days of that request will void guarantee eligibility.

 

5(b). Guarantee Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if any of the following conditions are present:

  • You fail to complete any of the required steps outlined in Section 5(a)
  • You do not launch your campaign by Day 49
  • You do not complete the required prospecting and outreach minimums
  • You do not submit the Help Email within the Day 85 window
  • You cannot provide documentation sufficient to verify outreach activity, campaign execution, or fundraising results
  • Results are claimed but cannot be verified through bank records, written donor commitments, or other reasonable financial documentation
  • You request a refund for reasons unrelated to Program performance, including but not limited to personal issues, overwhelm, time constraints, change of mind, or lack of time to implement
  • You are not up to date or compliant with required nonprofit filings, including your most recent IRS Form 990 or applicable annual reporting obligations
  • You fall behind on the mandatory progress schedule and do not communicate and receive written approval of a timeline adjustment as required under Section 5(a)

 

5(c). Guarantee Claim Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days after Day 90. Requests submitted outside this window are automatically denied. No exceptions.

To submit a guarantee claim, email [email protected] with the subject line "Guarantee Claim" and include all documentation required under Section 5(a). Incomplete claims will not be processed.

 

6. Representations & Warranties

You acknowledge that:

  • Enrollment is voluntary, and you have not been pressured or coerced
  • You have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice if desired
  • Our materials and services are advisory and educational in nature
  • You are responsible for implementation and outcomes
  • Results depend on your effort, market conditions, donor relationships, and organizational readiness

If enrolling on behalf of an organization, the individual completing registration irrevocably guarantees all obligations under this Agreement on behalf of that organization.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are the property of The Cause Specialists Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell Program materials without prior written permission.

Program access is granted solely to the purchasing individual or organization and is non-transferable.

You authorize The Cause Specialists Inc. to use your results, testimonials, and anonymized case examples for promotional or educational purposes. You may withdraw this permission at any time in writing.

 

8. Confidentiality and Client Information

During the Program, you may choose to share organizational information, including donor prospects, campaign materials, or financial data, for the purpose of guarantee verification or program support.

The Cause Specialists Inc. will treat such information as confidential and will not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute your organizational or donor information to any third party
  • Use your donor or prospect information for our own fundraising or marketing purposes
  • Retain copies of sensitive organizational records beyond what is required for guarantee verification

We may reference general results or anonymized examples for educational or promotional purposes, provided no identifying information is disclosed without your written consent.

 

9. Program Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment. Conduct that negatively impacts other participants, our team, or the integrity of the Program may result in removal. Removal does not cancel payment obligations.

 

10. Use of Data

We may collect and analyze data related to Program usage for the purpose of improving our services. Any public disclosure will be in aggregate or de-identified form only.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cause Specialists Inc. and its officers, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program. The Program is provided as is.

 

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Clients located in the United States are advised that certain state consumer protection laws may apply regardless of this governing law clause. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

 

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

 

Agreement and Authorization

By completing your purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Fundraising FastTrack On-Demand Program offered by The Cause Specialists Inc. I understand that enrollment is non-refundable except as expressly outlined in the Performance-Based Guarantee (Section 5), that I am responsible for all payments under my selected payment plan, and that this Agreement is legally binding as of the date of payment.
